Final aim of this research is to develop technologies to increase the energetic efficiency in the urban public lighting segment, in term of assisted design, integration of innovation and smart management of a whole district (town, district, structures, etc); the realization of an experimental plant for complex and repeatable situations.
Activities that involve the Politecnico di Milano -In.D.A.Co. Department, are:
a) Definition of specifics for the development of a lighting software with energetic efficiency purposes.
b) Experimental research on innovative products, control systems and laboratory test on prototypes.
c) Realization of an high efficient illumination plant in a complex applicative environment, research on innovative products.
d) Cooperation to pre-normative and normative (CEI) activities and divulgation.
